4 WOD’s
With both RX and Scaled divisions the 4 WODs are challenging and interesting. Something to find both your weaknesses and allow your strengths to shine!
Spectators
We have space to accommodate spectators without the crowding. Spectators are free and with a bouncy castle for the kids, side challenges for the big kids and sports massage there’s plenty of stuff going on.
Eat Well
The event will be brilliantly catered by The Crown Inn’s rather posh burger van and with Nocco, made to rder smoothies & very good coffee served all day we’ve got you covered.
