Getting Started.

 

Taster Session.

It all begins with a step through the door.

Come and get hands on. Book yourself onto a free taster session and come and see what we are all about. You will be put into one of our coached classes along with gym members. You will be guided through what to do with perfect scaling options throughout the class.

This is a relaxed, friendly intro with no pressure or sales pitch.

 

On Ramp.

Once you’re ready to get started it’s time for your On Ramp sessions.

3 x 1 hour sessions which are either a small group or 1-on-1 with one of our coaches.

In these sessions the coach will begin to teach you the fundamental movements and techniques that we use in CrossFit.

Session 1: Squats and Presses

Session 2: Deadlifts and Gymnastics

Session 3: Basics of Weightlifting
