Level 3. Lack Of Volume… add volume.

You can perform some good push ups, but not many before you tire or your form goes. Let’s add some volume.

Monday / Wednesday / Friday Depending on your push up competency -

● 3 - 5 Competent reps = 50 Push Ups for Time

● 5 - 10 + Competent Reps = 100 Push Ups for Time

Test three times a week with at least a days rest between. Aim to beat your time, but retain good form.
